Fentek ships to the following locations however shipping is calculated based upon order size and delivery address:
                       U.S. territories including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands
                       Canada and Mexico and other International Countries

For shipping cost outside the Continental United States, please email our order department and include the part number, quantity & delivery address.

Applicable customs and import duties may be collected by customs and/or the carrier for International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary from country to country. Also shipping laws are different in each country. It is the customers responsibility to check with your Customs Office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of the merchandise ordered. Fentek Industries, Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages from improper international shipping practices. We suggest you contact your local customs office for details.

The risk of loss for merchandise ordered from Fentek Industries passes to the customer when merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Fentek charges City/State Sales tax for orders shipped within the State of Arizona.

If paying by check, the product will not ship until the check clears (typically 5 to 7 business days).

Fentek Industries Inc. cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or any other shipping service due to circumstances beyond our control.

Pending credit card authorization and product availability, orders ship within 1-2 business days. If express delivery is required, orders received by 2pm MST will ship the same business day and express orders received after 2pm will ship the following business day.

If an item is not in stock you will be notified via email of an expected shipping date. The day your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email by 6pm MST.
