Fentek Industries provides a full 30-day warranty (from date of shipment) against defects on all products we sell. Under no circumstances will we accept product that has been tampered with or altered.
After 30 days, all products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty only. Please contact the manufacturer directly using the phone number found in the product literature.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives and appears to be damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via e-mail at email@example.com. Keep all boxes/packaging as the carrier may require this to complete the damaged goods claim.
You must contact Fentek at RMA@fentek-ind.com for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and instructions. RMA numbers must be posted on the outside of the Shipping box, and post marked within 5 days of the RMA number being issued.
There are several different return processing locations around the country that your product will need to be returned to so it is your responsibility to e-mail RMA@fentek-ind.com for the proper shipping address and receive an RMA number.
Place the original package into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package .
Items returned without a return material authorization (RMA) number will be refused. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. Do NOT write RMA number on merchandise packaging as item will not be returnable.
Please Note: ALL Special Orders are Non-Cancelable and are Non-Returnable. While Fentek is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable
Free Shipping Item Return Policy
Free Shipping is FREE when you keep the item. All items being returned will be inspected and tested. If an item being returned is not found to be defective than a shipping fee will be assessed against any refund to be issued. International Shipments are not due any shipping refunds whatsoever. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for delivery and return of the item.
Return of Non-Defective Merchandise
Fentek desires to keep our customers satisfied and will accept returns of most "unwanted" items within 30 days of the ship date.
We will refund the full cost of the item except actual shipping and handling charges, and a 15% restocking/handling fee*. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
*(Kinesis Keyboards will NOT incur a restocking fee)
In order to keep bringing these products to you at our guaranteed lowest prices, these return fees are necessary to partially offset our engineering costs to recheck the item and assure it's in perfect 100% sellable condition. All Non-Defective returned items are inspected for use and damage before a refund is issued. A Refund will not be issued if the product is altered, tampered with, or returned in damaged condition.
You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product. We highly recommend that you return the product in a traceable and insurable method.
Return of Defective Merchandise
Fentek will replace a defective item with the same product only within 30 days from the shipment date. Under no circumstances will Fentek accept product that has been tampered with or altered. If you desire to return the product and receive a refund rather than a replacement, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and any shipping/handling fees are not refundable. Why do we have this policy? Unfortunately we have had customers claim an item is "defective" just because they no longer wanted the product, in order to avoid the restocking fee.
In no case will Fentek pay to ship return items or issue a prepaid return shipping label. Fentek will ship a replacement via ground service at our expense (within the continental U.S. only) once our tech team has inspected the returned item. Any return found to be non-defective will be returned at the customers expense.
All products returned for REFUND must be returned in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Under no circumstances will Fentek accept product that has been tampered with or altered. If the product returned is not 100% complete the item is not returnable and a Refund will not be issued. Refunds are issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued refund will be reflected on your statement. Please allow them one to two billing cycles.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives and appears to be damaged, immediately contact the carrier that delivered the package and ask them to pick up the damaged package. Make sure you get a receipt for the pickup. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate your Sales Receipt / Invoice Number and what the problem was with the package.
Cancellation of an Order
You may request a cancellation prior to an order shipping and we will make every effort to honor your request. The request must be received prior to our shipping time of 2pm mountain standard on the day your order was placed, unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday. Then the order would have to be canceled by 2pm the next business day. After your order is shipped, canceled or refused orders will be billed a restock/handling fee of 15% plus shipping charges both ways. Free shipping promotions are not applied to canceled or refused orders.
